What exactly is body contouring?
Body contouring, also known as body sculpting is a non-surgical, non-invasive cosmetic procedure that can smooths cellulite, tightens skin, and reduces stubborn fat and create curvier hips and buttocks. It uses technology such as radiofrequency, ultrasound cavitation and laser lipolysis to target specific areas of the body. Body contouring is especially effective on stubborn fat that does not respond to diet or exercise.
When will I see results?
Every body responds to treatments differently based on genetics, lifestyle and the treatments you choose. Butt lift clients often see a visible lift after the first session. Whereas fat reduction, skin tightening and cellulite reduction typically show early changes within two to three sessions and more defined results after six to twelve.
Final results will appear between 6-12 months, showing the long term results of your contouring journey.
How often should I book treatments?
One session a week is ideal. Some clients choose every three to four days, especially in the early stages. After your full package is complete we create a maintenance schedule tailored best for you.
What about cost?
Single session prices are clearly listed, and packages bring discounts. At Studio Silhoué we offer flexible plans based on the methods your body responds to best and your long-term goals. We combine our services with holistic treatments that include nutrition guides and movement coaching, making each program flexible so you only pay for the treatments that work best for your body.
Is there any downtime or health risk?
There is no downtime and side effects are rare. You might notice mild swelling that fades within a day. Body contouring is safe for most people but not recommended if you have certain health conditions. We advise clients during their consultation, whether they need to seek medical clearance from their physician.
What is the most important thing for me to know?
Results build gradually. Consistency, hydration, and a balanced lifestyle help you maintain your new shape long after your sessions are complete.
